The Mayfair offers fully furnished, utilities activated apartments that are move-in-ready so students can experience a quick and easy move-in. Beyond the full features found in each apartment, our building offers free wireless internet, WiFi Lounges, outdoor patio area and a restaurant with an Irish pub. The Mayfair is open to all applicants that wish to experience "Modern Living In A Historical Setting".

The Mayfair Hotel was established in 1932, making it one of Pomona's oldest historical building. The restoration of the building created 32 unique studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. Each unit is unique in floor plan and character. Rich brick walls adorn many of the units and all outer windows are original to the building's design. Each unit must be seen to be appreciated.
