Renting at the Mayfair Apartments is open to all applicants that wish to apply. HelpMe Rent Inc processes all MayFair rental applications. For your convenience, an online and downloadable rental application has been made available. Click on the Online Application, then complete and submit the application, or download a hardcopy of the application by clicking on the Download Application link.

After fully completing the Download Application, fax or mail the application to HelpMe Rent Inc.

Are Pets Allowed? The Mayfair does not allow pets.

Does the Mayfair allow smoking? The Mayfair does not allow smoking. The entire building is a
non-smoking facility.

What deposits do you require? The Mayfair requires a 1 month deposit and 1 month rent before
move-in. A credit check is required for all applicants.

Does the apartment have parking? Adjacent parking is made available by the City of Pomona Valley Parking District.
